Content Moderator for Norwegian Market

We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Content Moderator to join an international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will help maintain a safe and positive online environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content. Your focus will be ensuring that all content complies with community standards and legal requirements.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time, Rotational Shifts

Start date: 3 November, 2025

Full-time, 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and moderate user content in Norwegian.
• Remove or report content that violates ethical or legal standards (e.g., violence, hate speech, cyberbullying, or explicit material).
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and contribute to a safe online community.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or sensitive issues.

Requirements

• Fluent Norwegian speaker (C2 and higher) with good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience when handling sensitive content.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and nights).
• Valid paperwork allowing employment in Portugal
