What you'll be doing
- Reviewing and moderating user-generated content in line with platform policies
- Identifying and removing inappropriate, sensitive, or policy-violating content
- Ensuring a safe and compliant online experience for users
- Applying guidelines consistently while working with high-volume content queues
- Supporting platform integrity across a global digital ecosystem
Please note: this role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content, and requires emotional resilience and strong mental balance.
What we're looking for
- Fluent Italian (C2 and higher, written and spoken)
- English level B2 or higher (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines precisely
- Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive content
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotating shift environment
Working schedule
- On-site position in Porto (100%, including onboarding period). Full-time, 40 hrs/week in 8-hr shifts

- 07:00 – 16:00
- 14:00 – 23:00
- 22:30 – 07:30
What's in it for you
- Salary: 1000€ (paid 14 times per year)
- Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day (net, via meal card)
- Night, Sunday, and public holiday bonuses paid in accordance with Portuguese labor law
- Health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution; free after 6 months)
Relocation support (if outside Portugal)
- Shared accommodation (up to 12 months, details discussed during interview)
