About the Role

We are seeking experienced Customer Support professionals to join our client's Finance project team. You will assist customers with banking, financial, or insurance-related inquiries, providing high-quality service in Spanish and English (B2 level).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or email

  • Assist with financial service inquiries, account support, and transactions

  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely guidance to customers

  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures

Requirements

  • C2-level Spanish and higher

  • English proficiency B2

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance 

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Professional and customer-focused attitude

  • EU ID or a valid residence permit for Portugal

  • Availability to work onsite in Lisbon on a rotational shift pattern
