About the Role
We are seeking experienced Customer Support professionals to join our client's Finance project team. You will assist customers with banking, financial, or insurance-related inquiries, providing high-quality service in Spanish and English (B2 level).
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or email

Assist with financial service inquiries, account support, and transactions

Provide clear, accurate, and timely guidance to customers

Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements

C2-level Spanish and higher

English proficiency B2

Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Professional and customer-focused attitude
EU ID or a valid residence permit for Portugal
Availability to work onsite in Lisbon on a rotational shift pattern
