We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will support users of a leading business travel platform, helping corporate travelers and partners with booking assistance, issue resolution, and general inquiries.
You will be part of a dynamic, customer-focused environment where service quality and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English
Assist business travelers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and platform navigation
Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Accurately document interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
Mandatory Requirements
French C2 or higher (spoken and written)
English C1 (professional proficiency)
Valid work authorization for Portugal
Availability to work full-time onsite
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role (travel industry preferred)
High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
