Join a global e-commerce & retail support team for a well-known jewellery brand, assisting Polish-speaking customers with orders, product inquiries, and after-sales service. This project focuses on customer satisfaction, troubleshooting, and service excellence in a fast-paced online retail environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support in Polish via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist customers with online orders, product information, and returns
  • Handle inquiries about deliveries, warranties, and payments
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized departments when needed
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive brand experience
Requirements
  • Polish:  C2 level and higher
  • English: B2 level
  • Good computer literacy and ability to handle multiple systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid paperwork allowing employment in Greece
Work From Home (WAH) Policy
  • If relocating: WAH based in Athens
  • If local: WAH available from anywhere in Greece

Package Details

On Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: EUR 1,045.72/month paid 14 times
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to EUR 150
  • Extra payment for working Sundays and public holidays
  • Full Relocation Support (for international hires):
