Location: Athens, Greece (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer support in Czech and English for booking-related inquiries.

  • Resolve issues efficiently and accurately via phone, email, or chat.

  • Guide customers through booking processes, modifications, and cancellations.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech and English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • EU citizenship or a residence card with full market access.

  • Ability to relocate to Greece if outside the country (relocation support provided by the hiring company)



Package Details

Salary & Benefits:

  • Attractive salary paid 14 times: 12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 split between summer and Christmas.

  • Permanent contract with 40-hour work week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).

Relocation & Additional Notes:

  • For candidates outside Greece: relocation support includes flight ticket reimbursement, airport pickup, and transportation to hotel.

  • 3 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival.

  • Afterwards, support with real estate fees

  • Only EU citizens or candidates with a residence card with full market access can be considered.
