Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer support in Czech and English for booking-related inquiries.

Resolve issues efficiently and accurately via phone, email, or chat.

Guide customers through booking processes, modifications, and cancellations.

Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:

Fluency in Czech and English (spoken and written).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

EU citizenship or a residence card with full market access.

Ability to relocate to Greece if outside the country (relocation support provided by the hiring company)
Package Details
Salary & Benefits:

Attractive salary paid 14 times: 12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 split between summer and Christmas.

Relocation & Additional Notes:
