About the Role:
We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team in Lisbon as Content Moderators or Customer Care Representatives. In this role, you will ensure high-quality content management and provide outstanding support to our users. You will be part of a dynamic team working in a multilingual, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate online content according to company guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, social media).

  • Document and report content or user issues clearly.

  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German/French/Italian/Romanian/Danish/Spanish and B2-C1 English (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to make sound judgments.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer care, or digital platforms is a plus but not required

  • High school completion diploma

  • Valid paperwork allowing employment in Portugal
