Work in Talinn: Customer Service Representative (Hebrew)

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Representative to work on-site in Estonia. This is a great opportunity to grow your customer support career in an international environment.

Start Date: 15 December 2025
Location: Estonia (On-Site)
Work Schedule: 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day on a rotational shift basis scheduled 09:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday. Bank holidays included.

Requirements:

• C2 and higher level Hebrew (spoken and written), plus B2 English (written and spoken)
• Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Strong multitasking skills and customer focus
• Right to work and live in Estonia (valid EU paperwork or permit required)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to Hebrew-speaking customers
• Resolve technical and service-related issues
• Process orders, returns, and refunds when required
• Maintain service quality and meet KPIs
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers
