About the job Customer Experience Specialist-Greek Speaker (Online Transactions)
We are looking for a motivated Greek speakers to join our multinational client's team as Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide support to customers by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive service experience.

Location: Moschato, Greece
 Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts (full-time, including weekends)
40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
 - Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
 - Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues.
 - Escalate complex cases when needed while ensuring follow-up.
 - Contribute to a positive team environment and meet performance targets.
 
Requirements:
- Greek language skills at C2 level and higher
 - English at B2 level.
 - Good technical knowledge and ability to quickly learn digital tools.
 - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 - Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
 - High school completion diploma
 - Valid paperwork allowing employment in Greece

Package Details
Salary: EUR 950 per month paid 14 times
Monthly Performance Bonus up to EUR 180
