Location: Lisbon, Portugal (onsite)

Contract: Full-time, 24/7 rotational shifts. 40 hours/week and 8 hours/day with 1 hour lunch break

The Role:

Join a global leader in digital entertainment support and help keep one of the worlds most successful mobile gaming communities safe, fair, and enjoyable. As an Operations Customer Expert in the Trust & Safety team, you will play a vital role in reviewing player-generated content, investigating sensitive cases, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines.

This is an excellent opportunity for analytical, detail-oriented individuals passionate about gaming, online safety, and protecting user experience.

Tasks:

- Review and assess user-generated content (profiles, text, videos, in-game interactions)

- Investigate reports submitted by users or automated systems

- Classify and evaluate the severity of incidents, ensuring correct decision-making

- Remove harmful or non-compliant content in line with community rules

- Identify potential risks or patterns of abuse and escalate when necessary

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve sensitive or complex issues

- Prepare qualitative and quantitative insights to support ongoing process improvements

- Contribute to proactive safety measures by identifying emerging risks and suggesting preventive actions

Requirements

Mandatory:

- Fluency C2 in Farsi

- English level B2 or higher

- Valid right to live and work in Portugal, such as:

- EU/EEA ID or Portuguese residence permit or Temporary Protection Certificate

- Ability to work onsite in Lisbon, including 24/7 rotational shifts

- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions

Preferred (not mandatory):

- Previous experience in Trust & Safety, content review, moderation, or risk analysis

- Familiarity with digital platforms, gaming environments, or online safety concepts

- Excellent written communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of information

- Good analytical mindset and ability to identify patterns

Training & Onboarding

- All new joiners participate in a 7-day intensive training delivered in English (company-paid)
