About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Czech and English to join an international support team. You will handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues across communication channels while ensuring a high standard of service quality.

This is a remote position, but candidates must already be residing in Portugal. Relocation is not provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Czech and English
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer requests
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Record and update customer interactions in internal systems
  • Follow company procedures and service guidelines

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Czech (mandatory)
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must already be based in Portugal (mandatory)
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
