We are looking for French speakers to join our Lisbon-based client's international team as Customer Support Agents supporting a leading global e-commerce platform in the travel and lifestyle sector. You will be assisting customers with their orders, deliveries, and general inquiries, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) position onsite in Lisbon.
Initial paid training is provided-no previous experience is required!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, and returns
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with an international support team
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English (B2, written and spoken)
- High school diploma or higher
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
- EU ID or a valid residence permit for Portugal
- Residence in Lisbon or its vicinity (no relocation is provided)
Offer:
- Base salary: €1,100
- Performance bonus: €150
- Additional allowance: €80
- Meal allowance: €7 net per working day, net, via meal card (approx. € 154/month)

Working hours (rotational schedule):
- Monday–Friday: 13:00–22:00
- Weekends: 08:00–17:00 or 13:00–22:00
- Operating hours: 08:00–22:00 (Monday–Sunday, rotational)
- Time zone: UK time
- 2 rotational days off per week
