We are looking for French speakers to join our Lisbon-based client's international team as Customer Support Agents supporting a leading global e-commerce platform in the travel and lifestyle sector. You will be assisting customers with their orders, deliveries, and general inquiries, ensuring a high-quality service experience.

This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) position onsite in Lisbon. 

Initial paid training is provided-no previous experience is required!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, and returns
  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Work collaboratively with an international support team

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (mandatory)
  • Good communication skills in English (B2, written and spoken)
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
  • EU ID or a valid residence permit for Portugal
  • Residence in Lisbon or its vicinity (no relocation is provided)

Offer:

  • Base salary: €1,100
  • Performance bonus: €150
  • Additional allowance: €80
  • Meal allowance: €7 net per working day, net, via meal card (approx. € 154/month)
  • Working hours (rotational schedule):
    • Monday–Friday: 13:00–22:00
    • Weekends: 08:00–17:00 or 13:00–22:00
  • Operating hours: 08:00–22:00 (Monday–Sunday, rotational)
  • Time zone: UK time
  • 2 rotational days off per week
