We are looking for a motivated Greek speakers to join our multinational client's team as Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide support to customers by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive service experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer care, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required-you will be trained to perform you job!

Location: Moschato, Greece
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts (full-time, including weekends)

40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues.
  • Escalate complex cases when needed while ensuring follow-up.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and meet performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Greek language skills at C2 level and higher
  • English at B2 level.
  • Good technical knowledge and ability to quickly learn digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
  • High school completion diploma
  • Valid paperwork allowing employment in Greece

Package Details

Salary: EUR 950 per month paid 14 times

Monthly Performance Bonus up to EUR 180

Extra payment for working night shifts, public holidays and Sundays

Training & Onboarding
  • 14 days of training provided.
  • On-site role (no work-from-home option).
  • Training starts: 06/10/2025.
