Remote Travel Consultant (Danish Speaker) - Latvia

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international customer support team in Riga. If you enjoy helping travelers and want to build a career in the travel industry, this role is for you!

Start Date: 17 November 2025
Location: Riga, Latvia (Remote)
Work Schedule: full-time, 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day. Shifts are scheduled as following (rotational): Mon-Fri 09:00-20:00; Sat-Sun 10:00-19:00. The role needs to ensure coverage 365 days/year. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide travel advice and support to Danish-speaking customers
• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Assist clients with bookings, cancellations, and modifications
• Offer solutions for travel disruptions (delays, re-routes, refunds)
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering professional service
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex requests

Requirements:

• Fluent level of command in Danish (C2 and higher), plus B2 English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Right to work and live in Latvia (valid EU paperwork or permit required)
