• Rotative shifts, Monday to Sunday

• Shifts between 08:00 – 00:00

• Shuttle service provided for late shifts

Role Overview

As a YouTube Customer Support Specialist, you will assist users with platform-related inquiries, ensuring high service quality and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels

• Provide guidance and support related to YouTube services

• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed

• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Requirements

• German fluency required

• Experience not mandatory (training provided)

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary (no experience): €15,260 gross per year

• Signing bonus: €2,000 – €2,500 (depending on profile)
