Technical Support Advisor (English or Portuguese-Speaking) On-Site in Spain | A Coruña

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and cloud technologies.
  • Support users with products such as Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows.
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service.
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex situations effectively.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent English or Portuguese (B2 level or higher).
  • Education or experience in IT technologies, particularly in cloud solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused attitude with great attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours per week).
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
