We are looking for an Italian-speaking B2B Digital Sales Specialist to join a leading international company in Sofia. If you have strong sales experience, especially within the tech or digital advertising sector, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound B2B cold calling and lead generation

• Identify and qualify prospects through structured methodologies

• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers

• Support digital advertising solutions and propose tailored offerings

• Achieve KPIs and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (minimum C1) and solid English skills

• Minimum of 2 years of cold calling sales experience, ideally in tech or digital advertising
• Strong knowledge of business development and qualification methods

• Ability to work from Sofia under a hybrid model

Salary Conditions

• The bonus system is quarterly-based and paid per quarter, not per month

• 2000 BGN target bonus per quarter

Relocation Package Sofia (10 days)

• Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months (with e-ticket and invoice)

• 10 nights in a city center hotel, breakfast included

• 1056 BGN salary advance, deducted in 3 monthly installments of 352 BGN
• Advance paid within 5 working days after submitting an active bank account
