Role Overview

As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and trusted online environment. The position focuses on reviewing and handling sensitive or complex online cases while ensuring compliance with platform policies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide online support for specific trust & safety cases

• Review, assess, and take action on user-generated content in line with internal policies

• Identify potential risks, abuse, or policy violations

• Ensure accurate and consistent decision-making

• Maintain high quality and productivity standards

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes

• Handle sensitive content in a professional and objective manner

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written)

• Good command of English

• Ability to work on-site in Riga

• Availability for 24/7 rotational shifts

• Strong attention to detail and good judgment

• Ability to work with sensitive or challenging content

• Previous Trust & Safety, moderation, or support experience is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €2,000 gross per month

• Full-time employment contract
