B2B Digital Sales Specialist

Languages: Dutch / Italian / French / Spanish / German + English
Location: Bulgaria (Remote or Hybrid – Sofia, depending on language)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 09:00–18:00

Role Overview:
Join a high-performing B2B sales team where you'll drive business growth through outbound sales and lead generation, working with clients mainly in the tech and digital advertising space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients (cold calling)

• Qualify leads and identify new business opportunities

• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on prospects

• Meet performance and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Native-level proficiency in the required language (mandatory)

• English proficiency

• Minimum 2 years of cold calling / B2B sales experience

• Experience in tech or digital advertising is a strong plus

Salary (monthly, gross):

• Dutch (Remote): 4,242 BGN + 2,000 BGN quarterly bonus

• Italian (Hybrid – Sofia): 3,267 BGN + 2,000 BGN quarterly bonus

• French (Remote): 3,600 BGN + 2,000 BGN quarterly bonus

• Spanish (Hybrid – Sofia): 3,267 BGN + 2,000 BGN quarterly bonus

• German (Remote): up to 4,300 BGN + 2,000 BGN quarterly bonus
