Remote Travel Support Specialist (Dutch-speaking) Based in Greece

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist travelers from around the world with their bookings and stay-related requests all while working remotely from beautiful Greece.

What You'll Do

  • Handle calls, chats, and emails from travelers and accommodation partners
  • Provide clear, accurate, and friendly assistance for booking and stay inquiries
  • Resolve issues efficiently using internal tools and procedures
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer literacy and reliable internet connection
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is an advantage
  • Currently based in Greece or ready to relocate with support
