What's the job?

You'll support customers of America's home improvement retailer. Some will need advice, others just a quick answer. You'll handle calls and chats with confidence, empathy, and a smile (even if its virtual!).

What you need:

• Fluent English (C1 or higher)

• A good head with tech and systems

• Previous customer service experience - at least 6 months

• A friendly, can-do attitude

• Ready to work from 3pm to 11pm and grow with us
