Your Key Responsibilities:

As the first point of contact, you will be the friendly voice that transforms travel worries into peace of mind. Your mission will be to:

• Be the first point of contact for world-class accommodation partners, handling queries on modifications, availability, and digital tools with precision.
• Answer incoming communications, conducting thorough research to provide accurate and timely solutions that ensure an exceptional partner experience.
• Use your product knowledge and our advanced tools to resolve issues effectively, making you the difference between an average and a memorable interaction.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Required: Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
• A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and explain new software and processes.
• A resident of, or the ability to immediately relocate to, Athens, Greece, and gain work authorization expediently.
• The most important quality: a naturally caring and supportive nature that shines through in every customer interaction.
