Provide customer support via email and phone.
Handle B2C inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and general service issues.

Gross Salary: 3,895 BGN
Monthly transportation/internet allowance: 50 BGN net

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday
Shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 8-hour rotating shifts within the timeframe (details provided upon hire)
Weekends off

Training

Provided at the start of employment

Requirements

German C1 level (mandatory)
English B1/B2 level
Good computer and communication skills
Valid EU residency card or refugee card (minimum 1-year validity)

Relocation Support

Hotel accommodation arranged by company
Advance salary: 1,056 BGN net (optional, paid within 5 working days)
Travel reimbursement: up to 490 BGN (paid after 6 months, travel documents required)
Important: In case of early contract termination within 6 months, advance and travel support may be reclaimed
