Our client is seeking a Czech-speaking professional with strong English skills to join their Travel Experience team in Athens. This role supports one of the worlds most trusted travel platforms, helping customers and accommodation partners create seamless travel experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for Czech-speaking travelers and partners. Your mission will be to make every interaction smooth and stress-free, whether you're:

• Responding to incoming calls, chats, or emails from travelers.
• Researching and solving issues before they escalate.
• Assisting accommodation partners with updates to rooms, rates, or availability.
• Providing accurate, detailed answers using internal tools and resources.
• Ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive impression of the brand.

What You Bring

• Fluency in Czech and English (spoken and written).
• A high school diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Tech-savvy skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• A positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Readiness to relocate to Athens (relocation support provided).
