Role Overview

This role focuses on providing high-quality customer support to YouTube partners, ensuring smooth use of the platform and compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and support cases

• Follow defined workflows and quality guidelines

• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch

• Basic English knowledge

• With or without contact center experience

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €14,000 gross/year

• Signing bonus: €2,000 – €2,500 (possible)
