Were hiring motivated individuals with strong communication skills to join our on-site customer service team in Sofia.
In this role, youll provide support for Google services and help deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat

Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

Assist with non-technical troubleshooting for Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, Movies, etc.

Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Work Schedule

10:00 AM 06:00 PM (local time), Monday to Sunday

On-site, 8h/day
