Solutions Consultant with Slovak and English

Relocation support available join our team in Bulgaria!
Were hiring motivated individuals with strong communication skills to join our on-site customer service team in Sofia.

In this role, youll provide support for Google services and help deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic, international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat

• Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

• Assist with non-technical troubleshooting for Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, Movies, etc.

• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Language Requirements

• Slovak: C2

• English: B2

Work Schedule

• 10:00 AM 06:00 PM (local time), Monday to Sunday

• On-site, 8h/day
