What You'll Do

Handle calls, chats, and emails from travelers and accommodation partners

Provide clear, accurate, and friendly assistance for booking and stay inquiries

Resolve issues efficiently using internal tools and procedures

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
What You Bring

Fluency in Dutch and English

Great communication and problem-solving skills

Basic computer literacy and reliable internet connection

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is an advantage

Currently based in Greece or ready to relocate with support
