Customer Support Advisor - German & English Speakers

We're hiring Customer Support Advisors fluent in German and English to join our remote team based in Braga.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
• Deliver top-quality service for international clients
• Maintain accurate case documentation in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (C1+)
