Role Overview
You will support customers by providing accurate information, guiding them through their questions, and ensuring a seamless service experience. You will be part of a dynamic, multicultural team representing a globally recognized company known for excellence and innovation.

Working Models
We offer two working options: remote and on-site.
Both models require you to be physically located in Greece.
We currently have more job openings for the on-site model.

Requirements

• Dutch C1 minimum

• English B1-B2 minimum

• EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit

All extra bonuses may be withheld in cases of contract breaches such as absenteeism, persistent lateness, disciplinary issues, inappropriate behavior, underperformance, and similar situations.
