Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers across email, chat, phone, and social media channels
  • Deliver clear guidance on account setup, verification, and technical issues
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Build trust through attentive, solution-focused communication
  • Provide feedback to improve our processes

Who You Are:

  • C1+ Portuguese speaker, with English at B2 level
  • Comfortable with computers and fast typing (MS Office skills a plus)
  • Quick to adapt to new technology and software
  • A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Prior customer service experience is welcome but not mandatory
  • Able to work full-time on 24/7 rotative shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communicator who can explain complex ideas simply
