Position: Customer Support Representative (Croatian)

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and inform them about product features.
  • Manage customer orders and ensure client retention.
  • Recognize, record, and solve complaints effectively.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements.
  • Adhere to processes and procedures.
  • Update customer database and document activities.
  • Report common issues to the support team for escalation.

Requirements:

  • C1 level written and verbal communication skills in Croatian.
  • B2 level English proficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • High motivation and enthusiastic approach.
  • Self-organized and able to work in a fast-paced organization.
  • Good numerical and reasoning skills.
