About the Role
Were on the lookout for a dynamic, Dutch-speaking Account Manager to join our Málaga team! This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is passionate about partner relationships, sales growth, and wants to make a tangible impact in a vibrant, collaborative setting.
What You'll Do:
Manage partner performance and pipeline using forecasting tools
Drive partner growth by identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and building loyalty
Understand the partner market landscape and monitor competition
Define growth targets for resellers and create actionable plans to meet them
Educate partner sales teams on products, solutions, and leverage promotions, events, and resources
Monitor and execute partner marketing and co-marketing activities, with an eye on ROI
Recruit and onboard new partners where relevant
What We're Looking For:
C2 level Dutch speaker, fluent in English (minimum B2)
2+ years of technical sales or channel management experience
Knowledge of channel programs, partners, and distributors is a big plus
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Results-driven with a sharp business sense and proactive attitude
