Are you ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a passionate Team Leader to manage and support our Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) in Riga!

What You will Do:

Motivate & Mentor: Inspire and develop team members in a fast-paced setting, fostering their growth and success.
Performance Management: Drive performance to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) based on balanced scorecards.
Strategic Oversight: Manage productivity, shrinkage, and attrition targets while proactively addressing performance dips with effective reinforcement plans.
Communication Excellence: Maintain consistent and effective communication with internal and external contacts.
Daily Operations: Manage daily workloads, ensuring alignment with customer KPIs and coordinating team activities.
Process Improvement: Deeply understand team processes and SOPs, continually seeking improvements and efficiencies.
Engagement: Conduct team huddles to discuss updates, feedback, and key focus points.
Client Support: Address and resolve client queries across various lines of business, collaborating with other departments for complex issues.
Coaching & Training: Identify training needs and provide necessary coaching to enhance team performance.
Analytics & Reporting: Conduct root cause analysis to identify key issues, creating actionable plans for improvement.
Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality guidelines, and data protection legislation.

Who Were Looking For:

Language Proficiency: Norwegian (C1) and manageable English skills (B1+) for effective documentation.
People Management: Proven experience in managing teams and excellent people skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to type at least 50 wpm with 90% accuracy.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to drive initiatives creatively.
Customer Support Experience: Background in customer service or support, with hands-on experience in live chat and social media.
Self-Motivated Leader: A proactive achiever who can manage multiple assignments effectively.
