Location: Fully Remote (Work from home) Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Type: Full-time, Indefinite contract

Are you fluent in German and have a sharp eye for detail? Join us as a Customer Care Specialist and play a critical role in managing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and liaising with vendorsall from your home in Bosnia and Herzegovina!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts
  • Accurately input invoice data into financial or ERP systems
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
  • Maintain detailed records and manage invoice-related queries with vendors and internal departments

Were Looking For:

  • Native or fluent in German (verbal and written)
  • Residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina (able to work legally without sponsorship)
  • Experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles

Work schedule: Shift rotation, Monday to Sunday
