Role Overview:
Assist customers over the phone, converting inquiries into sales while providing exceptional support and handling customer complaints professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and convert to sales
• Achieve sales and quality targets
• Provide effective support for reservations
• Collaborate with team members
• Manage cross-market calls and customer complaints

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian (C2/C1) and English (B2)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Compensation:

• Starting at 5.50/hr, increasing to 8.21/hr with performance
• Language Allowance: 600 annually
• Performance Bonus: Up to 2,500 yearly
