Your Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle incoming requests from customers of a leading payment platform via phone, chat, and email, providing effective resolutions.
Case Management: Record resolutions in our contact center tool, ensuring each case is handled within its lifecycle.
Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate priority issues as per client specifications, ensuring timely solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a supportive team, fostering excellent communication with internal and external contacts.
Customer Experience: Deliver an exemplary customer experience, consistently meeting quality standards on all interactions.
Performance Goals: Maintain targets for response time, handle time, and resolution rate aligned with project KPIs.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Embrace additional tasks that contribute to enhanced service and improvement of your KPIs.
Training Participation: Attend training sessions to continuously develop your skills.
What You Bring:
Language Skills: Minimum Upper-intermediate Swedish (B2) and fluent English (C1), both verbal and written.
Experience: Previous experience in outsourced customer service is a plus.
Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Riga or already residing there.
Work Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia.
Tech Savvy: Computer literate with a typing speed of 50 wpm and 90% accuracy.
Positive Attitude: An optimistic, friendly, and self-motivated personality with a focus on service and problem-solving.
Adaptability: Ability to work shift hours and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Background Check: No criminal record; willingness to participate in a background check process during recruitment.
