Your Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle incoming requests from customers using a leading payment platform via phone, chat, and email, delivering quick and efficient resolutions.
Case Management: Log customer interactions and resolutions in the contact center tool, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Issue Escalation: Prioritize and escalate critical issues to the team lead when necessary, ensuring prompt resolutions.
Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a close-knit team, maintaining clear communication with internal and external contacts.
Customer Service Excellence: Consistently provide outstanding service, meeting all quality standards across various channels.
Target Achievement: Meet project KPIs such as response time, handle time, and resolution rate, ensuring service targets are met.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Participate in tasks that enhance overall service quality and your own performance KPIs.
Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions to keep up with platform updates and develop your skills.
What You Bring:
Language Skills: Upper-intermediate Dutch/Flemish (B2) and fluent English (C1), both verbal and written, to ensure smooth communication.
Experience: Experience in an outsourced customer service environment is a plus, but not required.
Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Riga or already based in Latvia.
Work Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid work permit for Latvia.
Computer Literacy: Solid typing skills (minimum 50 wpm with 90% accuracy) and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and platforms.
Positive Attitude: A friendly, optimistic, and self-motivated personality with a focus on problem-solving.
Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate and contribute within a team environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working shift hours and adjusting to changes in priorities.
Background Check: Willingness to undergo a background check, with no criminal record, as part of the recruitment process.
