Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate various types of content such as videos, images, news stories, and social media profiles, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
• Evaluate and score content for age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content, and political transparency.
• Apply content policies consistently, identifying subtle nuances in digital communication to enforce guidelines accurately.
• Participate in wellness programs and training to support your well-being and contribute to the positive community of our team.
• Escalate issues through appropriate channels when necessary to maintain performance standards and meet KPIs.
• Adhere to security and confidentiality measures while handling content and user information.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish (C1) with strong grammar skills and a good command of English (C1).
• Previous experience in content moderation, BPO, or contact center environments is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive content, which may include explicit or distressing material.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Cultural awareness and understanding of political and social situations in Sweden.
• Ability to pass a Criminal background check.
