Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) Based in Serbia
Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Contract

Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer support and fluent in German? We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team and deliver technical assistance to our clients via voice, chat, and emailall while working remotely from Serbia!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely technical support to customers through multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contribute to department initiatives, and support your colleagues

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+)
  • Residing in Serbia with legal right to work
  • Previous experience in customer or technical support (IT/help desk experience preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and adaptability to change
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficient in PC-based internet and software applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM 05:00 PM
