Position: Customer Care Specialist (German)

In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers of a financial services company from the comfort of your home in Montenegro.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently through phone, email, and live chat support.
  • Research and provide accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Navigate internal and external resources to ensure top-quality service.
  • Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
  • Document all customer interactions according to standard procedures and troubleshoot emerging trends in issues.
  • Adhere to established protocols, KPIs, and company policies for consistent service delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by engaging with team members and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in German, both verbal and written.
  • Familiar with customer support software, including Zendesk and internal troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience in customer support and technical support, especially with help desks or IT functions.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong independent work ethic and remote team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a strong knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
