Your Role:

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

Sales Engagement: Conduct sales calls and presentations while providing top-notch service to prospective and existing clients.
Customer Support: Assist customers empathetically, guiding them in the effective usage of our applications.
Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Issue Escalation: Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to the appropriate teams for swift resolution.
Documentation and Analysis: Accurately document interactions and analyze customer trends to inform future strategies.
Account Management: Manage client accounts and foster lasting relationships through trust and reliability.
Product Promotion: Promote new products by offering consultative solutions tailored to meet customer needs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives.
Training Participation: Engage in training sessions to ensure adherence to service standards and enhance personal skills.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Italian (both verbal and written), with fluency in English (minimum B2/C1 level).
Experience: A minimum of 6 months in sales (preferably B2B) or customer service roles.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google apps, with familiarity in customer support software and troubleshooting tools.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a familiarity of sales tracking tools and adaptability to change.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit, open to feedback, and committed to personal and professional growth.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
