We're seeking a talented Team Leader fluent in Czech and English to take charge of a dynamic Trust & Safety team in Sofia. Help shape the digital landscape by mentoring a group that keeps online communities safe and supportive!

What You'll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and support your team in content review and trust & safety operations
• Monitor KPIs, coach team members, and foster a positive, performance-driven culture
• Ensure content meets policy guidelines and community standards
• Liaise with management, sharing feedback and best practices
• Provide hands-on training during a comprehensive 4-week onboarding

Who You Are:

• Fluent in Czech and English (spoken & written)
• Previous experience in a team lead or coaching role (content moderation or customer service preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Approachable, empathetic, and team-focused
• Ready for a fast-paced, international environment
