Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts (7 AM 7 PM)

Job Overview:

• Assist customers with subscription, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other inquiries.
• Offer personalized solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Fluent French (C2) native or advanced proficiency.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.
