Your Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle incoming requests from customers of a leading payment platform through phone, chat, and email, providing swift and efficient resolutions.
Case Management: Log case resolutions in the contact center tool, ensuring each interaction is tracked accurately.
Issue Escalation: Escalate priority cases to team leads when needed, ensuring critical issues are resolved promptly.
Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a supportive team, maintaining clear communication with internal and external contacts.
Exemplary Customer Service: Deliver top-tier customer experiences, consistently meeting quality standards across all touchpoints.
Target Achievement: Hit project KPIs, including response time, handle time, and resolution rate.
Additional Tasks: Take on ad hoc tasks that contribute to improving service and KPIs.
Training & Development: Participate in regular training sessions to continuously enhance your skills.
What You Bring:
Language Skills: Upper-intermediate Norwegian (B2) and fluent English (C1) for both verbal and written communication.
Experience: Previous experience in outsourced customer service is a plus.
Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Riga or already residing in Latvia.
Work Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia.
Tech Savvy: Computer literacy with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute and 90% accuracy.
Positive Attitude: Optimistic, friendly, and self-motivated, with a strong focus on problem-solving.
Team Player: Able to work effectively within a team, with a service-oriented mindset.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work shift hours and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Background Check: Clean criminal record and willingness to participate in a background check during the recruitment process.
