Your Role:

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will be a key player in our sales operations, responsible for:

Sales Calls and Presentations: Conducting engaging sales calls and presentations while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Customer Assistance: Providing empathetic support to customers, assisting them in app usage, and guiding them through inquiries.
Issue Resolution: Responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, and escalating unresolved or urgent issues to the appropriate teams.
Account Management: Managing client accounts, building lasting relationships, and accurately documenting interactions.
Product Promotion: Promoting new products with tailored consultative solutions that address customer needs.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and participating in training sessions to ensure adherence to service standards.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (both verbal and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level).
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in sales, preferably B2B, or in customer service roles.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google apps.
Support Software Knowledge: Familiarity with customer support software and troubleshooting tools.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
Adaptability: Comfortable with sales tracking tools and open to feedback for personal and professional growth.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
