Position Summary:
Join our international Customer Support team for the Home Depot project! We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals with excellent English language skills (C2 level) to assist customers with their inquiries, provide information, and ensure an excellent service experience. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role in Athens.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve processes

Follow company procedures, including data protection and compliance guidelines
Requirements:

Fluent English (C2 level) spoken and written
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work on-site in Athens (remote work not available for local candidates)

Flexibility to work shifts between 2:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday to Sunday

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Training:

3 weeks of fully paid training provided

Additional Information:

Remote work is only permitted in specific cases with manager approval (requires stable, fast internet of 25+ Mbps)

For December hires, candidates who can get authorization at a Greek Embassy can arrive just 3 days before the start date
