Position Summary:

Join our international Customer Support team for the Home Depot project! We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals with excellent English language skills (C2 level) to assist customers with their inquiries, provide information, and ensure an excellent service experience. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role in Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve processes

  • Follow company procedures, including data protection and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (C2 level) spoken and written

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work on-site in Athens (remote work not available for local candidates)

  • Flexibility to work shifts between 2:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday to Sunday

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Training:

  • 3 weeks of fully paid training provided

Relocation Support (for candidates relocating from abroad):

  • Up to 300 relocation support (with first salary payment)

  • After relocation, employees must work on-site for at least 3 months

  • No flight ticket included (only the 300 relocation support)

  • No airport pick-up or transportation assistance provided

Additional Information:

  • Remote work is only permitted in specific cases with manager approval (requires stable, fast internet of 25+ Mbps)

  • For December hires, candidates who can get authorization at a Greek Embassy can arrive just 3 days before the start date

  • After the operational interview, candidates will be informed as soon as feedback is received
