Your Role:

Moderate and review various types of content (videos, news stories, social media profiles).
Score and categorize content by age-appropriateness, violence, and policy compliance.
Consistently apply and enforce the brands content guidelines.
Participate actively in wellness programs and training sessions.
Escalate cases needing additional support or performance considerations.
Follow all security and confidentiality protocols.

What You Bring:

Language Skills: Proficient in French (C1) and English (C1) with excellent grammar.
Cultural Awareness: A solid understanding of social and political contexts in French-speaking regions.
Empathy & Professionalism: Strong communication skills with a high level of empathy.
Nice-to-Have: Recent experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
