What You'll Do

As a Solution Specialist, you're the trusted expert guiding clients through cloud solutions that unlock their potential. You will:

• Lead sales cycles by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with potential customers
• Deliver impactful technical product insights tailored to customer needs and real-world scenarios
• Grow your expertise continuously by researching the latest cloud innovations and competitive offerings
• Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing details with razor-sharp accuracy
• Demonstrate technical and business solutions via engaging virtual sessions and face-to-face meetings
• Act as the key technical contact for the internal sales teams, supporting complex customer inquiries
• Facilitate group and one-on-one training to share your knowledge and empower others
• Collaborate closely with sales and business teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You Bring

We welcome innovative and driven talents passionate about technology and customer success:

• Proficient Dutch speaker (C1+) with strong English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree (technology, business, or related field preferred)
• 3-6 years of experience in technology sales or business development
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, deployment, and adoption planning
• Ability to explain technical architectures for productivity and communication solutions
• Familiarity with security, identity, privacy, and compliance considerations in cloud environments
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excelling in customer-facing roles
• Certifications in cloud fundamentals or similar are highly desirable
