We're Hiring: Polish-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and interested in working for one of the worlds most iconic brands? We're looking for Polish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in Sofia, supporting customers across both voice and chat/email channels.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Work Model: Hybrid (Office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Provide exceptional customer service for client products and services
Address customer concerns and provide solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Support both Polish and English customer lines
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and policies, delivering prompt responses.

Requirements:
Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2)
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Eligible to work in Bulgaria

Work Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
