Your Role:

As a Team Leader, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our content moderation team operates efficiently. Your key responsibilities include:

Content Analysis: Conduct detailed evaluations to swiftly detect and address any breaches of community standards, guiding moderators to ensure compliance.
Coaching and Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to content moderators, helping them enhance their performance.
Quality Assurance: Develop and refine quality assurance processes to meticulously monitor and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Training, and Product Development teams to optimize moderation processes and tools.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, proactively recommending necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Georgian (C1) and English (C1), with a strong emphasis on grammar skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a BPO or tech company environment.
Content Moderation Knowledge: Strong understanding of online community standards and legal frameworks related to content moderation.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions under pressure.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy while managing large volumes of content.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for providing clear feedback and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with moderation tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learning-based tools is an advantage.
